Red Carpet Ready: Nails

Wanting to continue my Red Carpet Ready series, I reached out to an awesome new nail salon that I've been wanting to try out. I was so happy when they agreed to let me stop in for a complimentary mani-pedi. Yesterday I drove out to the beach side city of Redondo Beach to visit Dipped Nails and I have nothing but great things to say!

Only open for 3 months, Dipped Nails is clean and airy with a ultra-cool, fresh vibe. Owner Nancy Som is so nice and very sweet. Since her mother has owned her own nail shop for over 20 years, Nancy has lots of experience in the industry. Although owning a nail shop wasn't always in the plans, once Nancy decided she really wanted to do it, the idea stuck and 2 years later the dream was a reality.

The manicure service includes a calming cucumber hand mask and the pedicure service includes a cucumber mask, fresh lemon scrub, and warming lotion massage. Other services include Minx, Harmony Gelish manicure and more. I wanted to do something fun so I looked to Katy Perry for inspiration and topped my manicure with crackling nail polish.
