The Cool Waters of Malibu

I was running errand with Kelsi of Dedicated Follower in preparation for the Pre-LA Fashion Week Party (post coming soon) when she asked me to tag along with her to the Davidoff Cool Water event celebrating dream-boat Paul Walker as the new face of the iconic men's cologne.

I dont know about you, but I one just one of the many American teen's fawning over Paul in movies like Varsity Blues, Pleasantville and The Fast and the Furious, so I was beyond ecstatic to be attending.

The Peeps at Davidoff sent a chauffeur-driven Prius to whisk us away to the Malibu estate where the event was being held. It was stunning!

Aquatic seemed to be the theme of the day with a bar featuring waters from around the globe and tray-passed seafood hors d'oeuvres. We were also treated to complimentary foot and back massages and a poolside serenade from Jacob Lutrell.

I had about 3 of these crab cakes.... so tasty!

We got to sit down and chat with Paul about his passion for the ocean and being the face of Cool Water. So many great things to say about this guy! For starters - Yes... he really is that hot up close! His eyes are even more striking in person, and to my relief he's actually quite tall. 

He's also really passionate about his duties as a humanitarian, hilarious and an awesome storyteller. Fun Fact: before becoming as serious actor Paul studied marine biology. That's right ladies....beauty and brains!
